This year, as the monsoon season arrives, we pledge to plant trees around our homes. Additionally, in Tamil Nadu, we’re launching an ambitious project to plant 10 billion trees. With just one crore families each planting ten trees, success is within reach. Providing one liter of water daily for each planted tree over the next year will ensure their growth. With sustained efforts, by 2030, every village in Tamil Nadu will boast flourishing clusters of trees. Let’s intensify our efforts to expand tree planting initiatives in rural areas.”
